Why should we consider you as an applicant? I would love to work with you as I know much about plugins and servers
What do you believe are your weaknesses and why? My weakness are like I mostly know about free plugins not paid plugins and I dont know much about bungee and I can only play 5 hours or 6 hours a day 3-7 in morning,evening and in night I can play only 1-2 hours so these are my weaknesses.
Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience? I have but they kicked me in a while bc I was not much online on servers bcz my pc was not able to run anymore at that time so I was not able to play anymore and they offed there server too, 2nd time some one told me to handle a event so I made a Parkour event I made a map as it was aternos so aternos is laggy + there wasnt any option to off PvP and plugin was also broken and I made a mistake in luckperms or it was aternos issue idk but hacker hacked the server. In simple words I was helper in a server ( I don't remember name ) and I was event manager in my own server
Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? When I was event manager I made a mistake I made a Parkour but as it was aternos free hosting there wasnt any option to off PvP so at last hacker came and hacked the server idk it was luckperms glitch or I forget to put perms to false I don't know.

What does a leader mean to you in relation to maturity? I just wanna help server to grow.
What or who motivates you to do what you do as a staff member? I know much about plugin and servers so I think I can become staff member and I can handle discord tickets too so i believe in myself.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft? I chat in discord with friends some times too.
SCENARIO: If you see a higher staff abusing what would you do? If the staff if mod or sr.mod I will tell higher staff than him I can't take any actions so I will tell higher staff that him.
SCENARIO: If your friend was hacking on the server what type of action would you take? I will give him 7 days ban and if he will do it again I will give him perm ban
SCENARIO: If the server crashed and no other mods are online what will you do ? I will be helper or mod so I think I can only restart or stop server so idk if I would be dev I will see logs and will see what getting server crash then I will try fixing it
How do you think can we further improve Blockstackers? You can add diff modes like add custom biomes in survival and make a lag free server like now server lages in every 10-20 mins and at login plugin some players have disconnecting problem so every time when we rejoin if we have logined few secs ago we have to do again so I suggest to fix it.

Are you able to speak in Discord Voice Channels? No I can't, I can't talk in VCS bcz at morning my place is crowded and there is a glitch that I can't talk from my phone on discord and on pc I don't have mic and im mostly alone in home so I have only 1 phone so I can't talk and at weekends I will try my best to talk
