Which server are you applying for? Classic
Why should we consider you as an applicant? I think after seeing my age you wouldn’t consider me as a helper but you should accept me as an applicant as I play a lot on the server so I can help people, I'm good at resolving arguments and or resolving people's problems, I'm always nice to people, and if it's my mistake I admit it and resolve the issue right then and there. I love playing Minecraft and I love helping people which is the main reason for writing this.
What do you believe are your weaknesses and why? I think my weaknesses are that sometimes I do get tempted to take something, but I don't take it also if I do then later I feel guilty and give it back with an apology.
Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience? i do have leadership experience as in my school i am always the leader when in a group project.
Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? I made a mistake when I griefed and exploited my trust in sd in the vanilla server and I admitted my mistake and gave the stuff back, I felt very bad after the whole incident and wanted to say sorry but the people were not online and I didn't have their discord but later i apologised.

What does a leader mean to you in relation to maturity? I think a leader is a person who guides people and is a person who has the dedication and the right motivation to handle things the right way. they should respect everyone and their opinions. they should also follow rules and not resolve arguments with violence.
What or who motivates you to do what you do as a staff member? for me sjarlotte and boixolotal motivate me as they have helped me a lot even when my requests were stupid they were there and they are there for everyone, that's what I like about staff they are always there to help you that's why I want to become a helper because then i will be able to help people even more
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft? I don't really have any hobbies really. I dance and I sing in the shower, that's all I don't really like anything else.
SCENARIO: If you see a higher staff abusing what would you do? I would report them first of all and then since I would try to get to know why they are doing that, even though it is wrong I should know both sides first, and then I would try to resolve the situation.
SCENARIO: If your friend was hacking on the server what type of action would you take? I think everyone should follow the rules and regardless of who they are no one should break them. first, I would give them a warning and since hacking is bannable I would ban them the second time they do it as I believe everyone deserves a second chance.
SCENARIO: If the server crashed and no other mods are online what will you do ? if the server crashed I would try to find why first and then I would calm everyone down, I would then try to bring back the server.
How do you think can we further improve Blockstackers? I think we should have these forms in the hub beside the server characters thing. in the form, there should be a question of if they like the servers and everything like a feedback form type of thing and like they have any problems.
